Deposits and Payment: Deposit fees are described above. Deposit fee is due upon registering for any program. The balance is due 30 days prior to the start of the program.
Cancellation and Refunds: Deposits are refundable until July 25. From then on, refunds for deposit (or if paid in full), full deposit will not be made. Cancellations must be made in writing.
Responsibilities: The operation of Journeys into American Indian Territory depends upon the sensitivity and personal conduct of each participant. Journeys into American Indian Territory reserves the right to refuse to accept or retain any person as a program member at any time. All itineraries are tentative only. Modifications are occasionally necessary due to weather, schedule changes, and other unforeseen factors. Journeys into American Indian Territory is not responsible for changes in itinerary, and refunds will not be made based upon unavoidable changes in itinerary or scheduling. However, every effort will be made to adhere to the itinerary as stated. Baggage is owner's responsibility at all times. In the event that a program is cancelled, Journeys into American Indian Territory shall have no responsibility beyond refunding monies paid to it by participants. Journeys into American Indian Territory assumes no responsibility for injury, delay, damage, loss, or accident to any of its participants.
